Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available) to monitor its progress.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and secure. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are confirmed as delivered.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

•  Checking around your property and with household members or neighbors.
•  Contacting the shipping carrier to request delivery details or open an investigation.
•  Contacting your local post office or delivery hub for further assistance.

If you believe there has been a delivery error, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages that have been marked as delivered.
